By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using any feature of the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and agree to comply with them without reservation. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Acceptance of these Terms is voluntary, informed, and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the company that owns and operates the platform – Dot Coms, Inc., legally registered and operating in accordance with applicable laws governing online services. You agree that each access to or use of the platform constitutes renewed confirmation of your complete, ongoing, and current acceptance of these Terms. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in legal, administrative, and contractual consequences.
2. User rights and responsibilities
Users are solely and fully responsible for all actions taken through their accounts. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and must not provide them to third parties. The platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Any content posted by a user – including, but not limited to, text, images, comments, links, and videos – must comply with applicable law and community standards. The user assumes full civil, criminal, and personal responsibility for all published content. No user may claim damages, reimbursement, or compensation if their content is deleted or restricted because of a violation of these Terms.
3. Permitted use and prohibited activities
The platform may be used only for personal, social, dating, recreational, and non-commercial purposes, unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the administrators. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
using bots, scrapers, or other automated methods to collect data;
creating false, deceptive, duplicate, or multiple accounts;
distributing spam, pyramid schemes, or disguised promotional content;
manipulating internal algorithms or fraudulently influencing social or dating interactions, including likes, views, votes, or matches;
harassing other users, including sending unwanted messages or making direct or indirect threats. Violations of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without prior notice, as well as appropriate legal action.
4. Role of the platform and limitation of liability
RepublicansMatch.com operates solely as a technical platform that helps adults communicate, connect, and explore potential social or dating relationships. It does not guarantee the content posted by users, the quality or outcome of any connection or relationship, the compatibility of users, or the authenticity or accuracy of user profiles. All opinions, uploaded materials, profile information, messages, and interactions on the website are created by users, who bear full legal responsibility for them. The platform is not responsible for missed opportunities, misunderstandings, unsuccessful matches, personal disputes, reputational harm, financial loss, or other damages arising from use of its services. In addition, Dot Coms, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Maintenance, updates, or interruptions may occur because of technical issues or third-party factors. Users expressly agree that they may not seek compensation or damages for interruptions, temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform, or the loss of messages, matches, connections, or contacts.
5. Intellectual property and use of content
All components of the platform, including its source code, database structure, graphic design, logo, interfaces, and modules, are the exclusive property of Dot Coms, Inc.. These components are protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, copying, distribution, or adaptation without written permission constitutes a serious infringement of intellectual property rights. Content provided by users remains their property; however, by publishing it, users grant the platform an irrevocable, transferable, unlimited, and royalty-free license to use that content for operating, promoting, maintaining, and improving the service.
6. Suspension and termination of access
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts belonging to users who violate these Terms or present a risk to the safety, integrity, or operation of the community. Reasons may include inappropriate conduct, repeated reports, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, deceptive profiles, harassment, or failure to follow basic standards of conduct. Suspension may occur without notice or explanation and without a right of appeal. If an account is suspended or terminated, its data, content, messages, matches, and interactions may be deleted without any right to recovery or reimbursement.
7. Privacy and data protection
We collect and process personal information only to the extent necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the services offered. We do not sell personal information or share it with unauthorized third parties. Users may request correction or deletion of their information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure. You accept the inherent risks of digital communication and release the platform from liability for unintended security breaches to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Prohibition of illegal activities and cooperation with authorities
The website may not be used for:
inciting hatred, violence, unlawful discrimination, or threats;
distributing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, illegal drugs, human trafficking content, or other prohibited material;
promoting or conducting fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or criminal activities. Any such conduct may be documented and reported to the appropriate authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any jurisdiction when legally required for the investigation and prosecution of unlawful activity. The platform is provided “as is” and without guarantees of performance, continuity, security, compatibility, successful matches, or effectiveness.
11. Final provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the operator of the platform. No prior oral or written communication takes precedence over this document. Failure by the platform to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms became effective on July 30, 2025 and apply equally to all users without unlawful discrimination. By using the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, that you voluntarily agree to comply with them, and that you understand that continued use of the services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these conditions without reservation, qualification, or limitation.
